  If I could give zero stars, I would. Took 3 screens in on Monday, to be re-screened, waited for 2 days, went back to check status, and was told they hadn't even been touched. In fact, they were still sitting right where O'Neal himself put them.
  
  Get a call on the 3rd day saying they were finished. Get to the shop and the total comes to $56 and some change. I simply asked why it was so much, and O'Neal told me, "If you think you can get them finished any faster, somewhere else, then f%&king take them there next time!".
  
  He then retrieved my screens from in back, and returned cussing me out, calling me names and then got in my face and told me I wasn't allowed back. Should I return he would deal with me. Which I guess was a threat.
  
  DO NOT GIVE THIS THUG BUSINESS!
